Born and raised in Sweden, Jesper Johansson was the very first chef to put Los Alamos on the foodie map, being head chef and partner at the legendary Café Quackenbush for 16 years. Jesper also cooked for clients throughout the region, including Julia Child. Jesper moved on to become Executive Chef when Plenty on Bell opened, and eventually became an Owner. He developed the restaurant into the popular dining spot it is today, and has now expanded his talents to offer creative custom menus for special celebrations and private events.
